Building a Book

So as many of you know I am now working on my first book of photography. Swing dance Photography. This subject I love so much has consumed my life cossed me to make great sacrafices and pushed me to travel the world..

Ok so I'm only in my first year and one third the way around the world. But I have seen so many great things and the afermations I have gotten from so many of you out there are really driving me on..

My decision to write a book came after I really started to learn the goings on of the swing dance culture of around Europe.. I saw so many simalarties in the different comunites and still many differences. But its crazy to see the same politics in Moscow Russia as in Seattle Washingtion, and see so many people doing the same things to other dancers to gain more control over the students, and that has been almost everywhere I have been save fr a few places or new seens.
Its kind of like there is a path we are all destioned to follow as we move through history. As they say history repets its self. Only I see the dancing getting much better faster here in Europe then it did in the US.

This first book "A moment in the swing-out" will only be photos as I'm saving the stories and discription for the big one once I have finished my around the world trip.
